    We had an amazing time on our tour this morning. This was our first guided tour experience and we couldn't have asked for a better time. What made me decide to go with Corolla Jeep Adventures was the guy who answered the phone when we called to confirm pricing and availability--he was very friendly and offered us their group discount of $10 off per person for our group of 6 adults. It turns out each company charges about the same amount, but our tour guide, Marine John, really seemed to go above and beyond the call of duty. He really did a phenomenal job. He was passionate about his job and extremely knowledgeable about just about everything--from nature to the fighter jets that flew over. We also took a ride up the the second largest living sand dune, Penny's Hill and even saw a Harem (a small group of horses) there! The safari ride itself was bouncy and tons of fun all on its own. It was slated to last 2 hours, but took about 2.5. We saw lots of horses, egrets, a family of ospreys and dolphins. I can honestly say it was some of the best money we've spent while here on vacation. We all agree--and we wouldn't hesitate to come back.

    Great experience, both in terms of driving the Jeep and seeing wild horses. The guide was super friendly and knowledgeable. He seemed enthusiastic, though you know he's done this tour many times. The Jeep did have its quirks (random chimes and warning lights) due to the harsh conditions, but it was relatively new and drove fine. Better than other Jeep tours we've done from Corolla in years past.

    Our family took the wild horse tour on 7/27; it was wonderful. Our guide, Gary, was very knowledgeable, funny and went out of his way to ensure that we had a great time. We were lucky enough to see 25 horses! We highly recommend this tour.

  • Review of "Buck Island HOA" at Corolla

    Great community to rent a vacation home in in Corolla OBX. An umbrella and 4 chairs are setup by the staff on the beach every day for you. You can rent additional if wanted. Every place is a short walk to the beach. Great location. Right across the street from every store you need.
